Job Description
As a Manual QA, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive manual testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure that the delivered software meets the established quality standards.
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong critical thinking and problem – solving skills.
- Ability to estimate work and plan accordingly.
- Experience working remotely or ability to work autonomously and with a team.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication, both verbal and written.
- Create clear and concise test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Good understanding of the improvement process for Manual Testing (Smoke, Regression, QA SignOff, GO / NO GO, End-to-End, User Acceptance Testing)
- Maintain detailed records of test procedures, methodologies, and outcomes.
- Experience with Jira and other project management tools.
- Experience with Test management tools such as Zephyr, Xray or others.
- Know how to use API testing tools like Postman or others.
In this role you will:
- Provide manual testing support for several Web applications in an Agile environment.
- Define tests cases.
- Perform general QA before and after releases.
- Perform feature-specific QAs under demand.
- Periodically go through most common customer paths checking for bugs and UX improvements.
- Identify test scenarios for both Front-end and Back-end.
