Job Description
We are looking for a creative Visual Designer to shape and own the user interface design of our products. For this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including designers, engineers and product managers to bring concepts to life and ensure our branding is consistent and appealing. A self starter who is passionate about continuously improving their skills to meet evolving project needs and industry standards.
Experience: 2-5 years
Required Qualifications:
- A portfolio that showcases their design abilities and demonstrates their expertise through past projects and achievements.
- A design degree/ or equivalent.
- Must have experience of visual design for either consumer or enterprise software products.
- Must have experience in designing for various devices like desktop, mobile, tablets and display systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong foundation in design principles, encompassing layout, typography, color theory, and visual balance.
- Exhibit a creative mindset, with an ability to approach design challenges with innovative solutions and fresh perspectives.
- Present designs, and articulate design rationale.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle design problems and provide effective solutions.
- A detail-oriented approach ensures that their designs are meticulously crafted and error-free.
- Comfortable working in cross-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and synergy among team members.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Comfortable with feedback and thriving in a fast-paced environment, they can adapt to evolving project needs and make iterative improvements.
- Exhibit self-development skills and a proactive, self-starter mentality, constantly seeking to refine their design skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
